Anna Kournikova played tennis player in Russia for many years. At one point she was regarded as the most beautiful female tennis player. Kournikova had a decent singles record, but had a huge success in doubles. Additionally, she was a highly praised partner with Martina Hingis. The father of her mother, Sergei Kournikov an Olympic wrestler as the mother Alla was a runner. Kournikova was just 5 years old when she started to play tennis. At the age 10, in 1991, Kournikova emigrated to Florida and trained at Nick Bollettieri's academy. Kournikova's career as a tennis prodigy began when she was just five.
