Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at age 16 when she gave up her gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the youngest IFBB Pro. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her education at college. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. In 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education following her Pro Card award. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place during the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position at the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by the result. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel's favorite body part to work out is her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs that use a single hand on a pull-up machine and seated rows. It is common to warm up first, followed by the actual exercise. Ariel makes use of her time effectively.
